NOAH “The Second Navig.2017”, 2/18/2017
Tadasuke returns to NOAH wanting to get a foothold with the company under it's new owner but he cannot over come Yone, who has been doing very well in singles as of late as as always he has lots of fan support. Interestingly, Harada offered moral support to Tadasuke after the match, helping him to the back. This is something to keep an eye on for sure. Tadasuke has had a lot of success outside NOAH and if Harads is offering some kind of support, this could make all the difference in what kind of player Tadasuke will be in NOAH.

The most interesting thing about this match was Kumano's domination of the Junior Heavyweight champion Ohara all match long. This match shot Kumano up to top contender for that title even though it was Saito getting the pin on Ogawa, which was also interesting as Saito was stale for years, and has had some solid matches since NOAH has been "reborn."

The vacant Junior Heavyweight tag titles were on the line in this tightly contested contest. Hi69 and Ishimori have bonded as a team quickly, and overcame the more experienced (as a team) Hayata and Yo-Hey to become the 30th GHC Junior tag champs. As mentioned earlier, after having given Tadasuke support after his loss, Harada came to the ring with him to challenge the new champions! They certainly made a quick bond, and the new champions, dubbing themselves "XX" accepted the challenge.

Kitamiya steps up to challenge the newly declared heavyweight in Kotoge and what a challenge it was. Kotoge was extremely dominate in the Junior's division but things aren't going to be so easy in in heavyweight. Kotoge showed that he can hang, but didn't have enough to overcome the tremendous fighting spirit of Kitamiya as he was forced to tap to Kitamiya's vicious leg lock called "the prison lock."

In a match between two of the toughest wrestlers in NOAH, who (SPOILER) will eventually go on to become the GHC Heavyweight tag team champions Sugiura outlasted Kenoh. This is WDR's favorite match on this card as both of these men, in our opinion, are future GHC champions and we could have seen a preview of their matches for that title one day down the line.

The GHC Heavyweight tag champs continue to take on all comers including the GHC heavyweight champion and any partner of his choosing. As such, Nakajima chose NOAH "ace" Marufuji to stand by his side in this non title match up. Shiozaki has been deemed the next challenger for the GHC title, so there was a lot of tension in this match up. Nakijima as the dominate GHC champion, with possibly the best over all wrestler in Noah in Marufuji by his side were too much for the tag team champions, something that Nakajima had no problem pointing out to Shiozaki after the match!
